During the divorce proceedings, the trial court decides not only on the dissolution of the marriage, but also on all ancillary issues, on the use of the apartment shared by the spouses, on spousal support, on the exercise of parental supervision, on contact with the child, and on child support.
It is important to point out that it is extremely difficult to change the legal position as the procedure progresses and after it is concluded, so it is worth entrusting a legal representative as soon as the procedure is started.
