dr. Kádár Katalin

Lawyer

Dr. Katalin Kádár, founding member of the Law Office, graduated from the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Lóránd University in 1974., then became a legal trainee in the law firm of 18th Budapest Bar Association and after taking the bar exam, a lawyer in 1977.

Initially, she undertook a variety of personal civil and other cases in and out of court. Later, as the firm's activity expanded, she received assignments in a great variety of commercial, corporate, and business law cases. The firm has been established in 1991, in which dr. Katalin Kádár continued her previous practice independently.

She regularly expanded her knowledge organized by the International Development Law Institute (Instruments of Capital Market, New Banking Instruments, Special Contracts), and in the joint management of the University of Miskolc and EGS / Maastricht in 1992 she obtained a Master of International Business Law (postgraduate degree) in the joint management of the University of Miskolc and EGS / Maastricht.

She was a regular legal representative of financial companies and was an arbitrator of the Money and Capital Market Arbitration Court from 1st July 2008 to 30th June 2013.

dr.Komjáthy Bianka

Lawyer

Founding member of the Law Office Komjáthy, dr. Bianka Komjąthy graduated from Faculty of Law of the University of Pécs in 2014 and became a legal trainee at the Dr. Kata Kádár Law Office in 2015. She is currently taking part in real estate law legal master at Pázmány Péter Catholic University.

During her university years, she showed interest in civil law, especially family law and private international law, she also gained significant experience at Dr. Kata Kádár Law Office.

In 2019, after taking bar exam, she established Komjáthy Law Office and she continues her activities in cooperation with dr. Katalin Kádár.

During her work as a lawyer, she got to know a wide range of cases, she is constantly expanding her knowledge, and is motivated by challenges.
